How to log a ticket with Hamilton Systems
Look for the HS Icon in the Taskbar
The HS icon will either show near the clock or you may need to press the ^ arrow to reveal it.
Right Click and select HS Icon from Taskbar
You can either request support or attach a screenshot with the support request.
Complete Company details and priority
Complete company details and state whether the issue / request is just for you or the whole company.
